A Cu/Pd co-catalyzed Catellani-type ortho arylation reaction of iodoarenes with aryl diazonium salts has been developed. Aryl radicals that derived from aryl diazonium salts were regioselectively installed at ortho position of iodoarenes via palladium catalyzed C−H activation.
