The invention provides an adhesive or sealant comprising at least (A) one compound selected from the group consisting of silylated polyurethanes, silylated polyureas, silylated polyethers, silylated polysulfides and silyl-terminated acrylates, and at least (B) one cyclohexane polycarboxylic acid derivative. The composition has enhanced extensibility with good adhesion properties and high tensile strength. A process is disclosed for preparing the adhesive or sealant, and also disclosed is the use thereof for producing material bonds between parts to be joined.
The present invention provides a curable composition comprising an organic polymer having a reactive silyl group that is applicable to a sealant and an adhesive by improving depth curability, curing retardation after storage, and tensile properties. A curable composition comprising (A) an organic polymer having a reactive silyl group; (B) at least one ester compound (except for compounds having a methyl ester group) selected from the group consisting of isophthalic acid ester compounds, terephthalic acid ester compounds, 1,3-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid ester compounds, and 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid ester compounds; and (C) a compound having a methyl ester group.
[Problem] To provide an insulation material that has an excellent volume resistivity while retaining the balance among various capabilities including the mechanical strength, the heat resistance, the oil resistance, the bleed-out resistance, the plasticizer migration resistance, and the like, equivalent to a resin composition containing an ordinary phthalate ester.
[Solution] An insulation material containing a resin composition containing: an ester (i) having one or more constitutional unit represented by the following formula (A) (wherein R1 and R2 each independently represent an alkyl group having from 1 to 4 carbon atoms); and a resin (ii).
Provided is a method for producing a laminate that comprises a substrate, a cured product of a curable composition, and a coating film of a coating material, and exhibits excellent thermal degradation resistance and coating material adhesion properties. A method for producing a laminate that comprises a substrate, a cured product of a curable composition, and a coating film of a coating material, wherein: the curable composition contains (A) 100 parts by weight of a polyoxyalkylene polymer having a reactive silicon group, (B) 30-100 parts by weight of an epoxy plasticizer, and (C) 2-10 parts by weight of an antioxidant; and the coating material is heated and cured.
A curable composition includes (A) an organic polymer having a reactive silyl group; (B) at least one ester compound (except for compounds having a methyl ester group) selected from the group consisting of isophthalic acid ester compounds, terephthalic acid ester compounds, 1,3-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid ester compounds, and 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid ester compounds; and (C) a compound having a methyl ester group.
