We have developed an organocatalytic modified Feist–Bénary reaction of cyclic dicarbonyl compounds, isatins and cyclic α‐bromo dicarbonyl compounds. This method affords bisspirooxindole‐fused dihydrofurans containing two vicinal spiro centers.
