A series of new organotin(IV) compounds [Me2SnL], [Et2SnL], [Bu2SnL] and [Ph2SnL], where L = 2-hydroxy-N-(1-(4-hydroxy-6-methyl-2-oxo-2H-pyran-3-yl)ethylidene)benzohydrazide has been synthesized by refluxing methyl salicylate hydrazide hydrate with dehydroacetic acid (DHA) with the corresponding organotin(IV) chlorides. 一系列新型有机锡(IV)化合物[Me2SnL]、[Et2SnL]、[Bu2SnL]和[Ph2SnL],其中L = 2-羟基-N-(1-(4-羟基-6-甲基-2-氧代-通过水杨酸甲酯酰肼水合物与脱氢乙酸(DHA)以及相应的有机锡(IV)氯化物回流合成2H-吡喃-3-基)亚乙基)苯甲酰肼。所有化合物均通过元素分析、FT-IR、1H NMR、13C NMR、119Sn NMR 和质谱进行表征。发现合成的复合物具有广泛的治疗潜力。
