    Azeotropic compositions made up of from about 65 to about 81% by weight of 1,1,1,3,3-pentafluoropropane and from about 19 to about 35% by weight of 2-methyl butane have been found to be particularly useful as blowing agents for the production of polyurethane foams.

    Use of a polyol formulation in preparing high resilience foam, which polyol formulation comprises (a) a polymer-modified polyol formed by polymerising an olamine with an organic polyisocyanate in the presence of a polyol, (b) a polymer-modified polyol formed by polymerising one or more ethylenically unsaturated monomers in the presence of a polyol, and optionally further polyol in which the polyol present in polymer-modified polyol (a) and polymer-modified polyol (b) is prepared from hydroxyl containing starting compounds and with the proviso that the polyol is not an amine based polyol; and process of preparing high resilience foam with the help of such polyol formulation.

    Multi-layered golf balls containing a dual-core structure are provided. The core structure includes an inner core (center) comprising a foam composition, preferably foamed polyurethane. The outer core layer is preferably formed from a non-foamed composition selected from thermoset compositions and thermoplastic compositions. The core layers have different hardness and specific gravity levels. The specific gravity (density) of the foam inner core is preferably less than the density of the outer core layer.

    Multi-layered golf ball core sub-assemblies and the resulting golf balls are provided. The core structure includes an inner core (center) comprising a foam composition, preferably foamed polyurethane. The intermediate and outer core layers are preferably formed from foamed and non-foamed thermoset compositions. For example, the intermediate core can be formed from a thermoset rubber so there are adjoining foam core layers (inner and intermediate) and the outer core layer can be formed from a non-foamed thermoset rubber. The core layers have different hardness and specific gravity levels. The core assembly preferably has a positive hardness gradient extending across the entire assembly. The core structure and resulting ball have relatively good resiliency.
