  报道了一种以罐法有效合成2-取代硫代苯并唑的方法。因此，二硫化四甲基秋兰姆（TMTD）与2-氨基苯硫酚、2-氨基苯酚或1,2-苯二胺反应，通过环化形成2-巯基苯并杂环，随后与2-溴苯乙酮CS键合，得到所需的含有α的2-取代硫代苯并唑。 -磺酰化芳香酮顺利进行。该方法不含过渡金属，操作简单，条件温和，反应时间短，收率好，对合成多种生物或药物活性化合物具有潜在的合成价值。
