Synthesis and properties of novel guanidine bases. N,N′,N″-Tris(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-guanidine
摘要:
The synthesis of novel N,N',N''-tris(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-guanidine 1 is described and X-ray structure of its hexafluorophosphate salt measured (1H center dot PF6). The hydrogen bonding in protonated 1 and in 1H center dot PF6 is also discussed. (c) 2005 Published by Elsevier Ltd.

The present invention provides procedures for preparation of N, N', N''-tris-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-guanidine by addition of 3-dimethylaminopropylamine to N1, N3-bis-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-carbodiimide. The latter compound was prepared in two steps starting from commercially available 3-dimethylaminpropyl amine and carbon disulfide followed by desulfurization of the formed thiourea with yellow mercury(II)-oxide. The so obtained guanidine derivative was successfully applied as catalyst in the transesterification of sunflower, soybean and rapeseed oil.

The present invention relates to a method for producing aryl-, heteroaryl- or alkenyl-substituted unsaturated hydrocarbons, containing: reacting aryl halides, heteroaryl halides or alkenyl halides with alkynes or alkenes in the presence of a palladium catalyst to obtain a crude product, and subsequently distillatively purifying the crude product in the presence of a compound having at least one NC═S group.
To provide a technique by which an —OH group can be effectively formed on a material surface for the purpose of making the material suitable for bonding (for example, for molecular bonding) that utilizes a chemical reaction (chemical binding). [Solution] A bonding method for bonding a substrate A and a substrate B, which comprises: a step for applying an agent that contains the compound (α) described below on the surface of the substrate A; a step for arranging the substrate B so as to face the compound (α) that is present on the surface of the substrate A; and a step for integrally bonding the substrate A and the substrate B by applying a force onto the substrate A and/or the substrate B. The compound (α) is a compound that has an OH group or an OH-forming group, an azide group and a triazine ring in each molecule, and the substrate A is configured using a polymer.
The onium salt of the present invention contains predetermined compound A represented by the general formula (1). The composition of the present invention contains the onium salt of the present invention, and an onium salt containing predetermined compound B represented by the general formula (2). The onium salt and the composition of the present invention exert well-balanced excellent physical properties in terms of cold curing properties, storage stability, thermal shock resistance after curing, and moisture resistance.

A pneumatic tire is provided which includes a polymer sheet for an inner liner composed of a polymer composition including: a polymer component containing more than or equal to 5% by mass and less than or equal to 40% by mass of a styrene-isobutylene-styrene triblock copolymer and more than or equal to 60% by mass and less than or equal to 95% by mass of a rubber component of at least one kind selected from the group consisting of natural rubber, isoprene rubber, and butyl rubber; and more than or equal to 0.1 part by mass and less than or equal to 5 parts by mass of sulfur with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polymer component. The pneumatic tire has sufficient tackiness before vulcanization and vulcanization adhesiveness between the inner liner and a member adjacent thereto, and exhibits excellent air permeation resistance.
