  摘要：

  Naphthalene catalyzed lithiation of 1,3-dimethyl-2-phenylimidazolidine led to cleavage of the benzylic carbon-nitrogen bond, with formation of an intermediate dianion. Under similar conditions, 1,3-dimethyl-2-(4-chlorophenyl)imidazolidine underwent regioselective cleavage of the aromatic carbon-chlorine bond, leading to a 4-formylphenyllithium equivalent, whilst 1,3-dimethyl-2-(4-methoxymethylphenyl)imidazolidine underwent regioselective cleavage of the benzylic carbon-oxygen bond, leading to a 4-formylbenzyllithium equivalent.   New compounds 4-methyl-1,4-cyclohexadiene-1-carboxaldehyde syn-oxime, 4-methoxymethyl-1,4-cyclohexadiene-1-carboxaldehyde syn-oxime, and 4-(1-methoxyethyl)-1,4-cyclohexadiene-1-carboxaldehyde syn-oxime, as well as the compound 1,4-cyclohexadiene-1-carboxaldehyde syn-oxime, are found to have a high degree of sweetness which is accompanied by very little off-taste. The compounds have good stability even in acid solution. They give no evidence of toxicity and can be employed in foods and beverages as synthetic sweetening ingredients.

  新化合物4-甲基-1,4-环己二烯-1-甲醛同型肟、4-甲氧甲基-1,4-环己二烯-1-甲醛同型肟和4-(1-甲氧基乙基)-1,4-环己二烯-1-甲醛同型肟以及化合物1,4-环己二烯-1-甲醛同型肟，发现具有高度的甜度，伴随着极少的异味。这些化合物即使在酸性溶液中也具有良好的稳定性。它们没有毒性，可以作为合成甜味剂用于食品和饮料中。
