  摘要：

  本发明公开了一种合成4‑溴‑N‑甲基‑1(N)‑9‑蒽并吡啶酮的方法，将乙醇和少量的叔丁醇钾投入到反应器中，搅拌溶解，将酰化料1‑(N‑甲基)乙酰胺基‑4‑溴蒽醌投入反应器中搅拌均匀，然后投入少量的氧化钙，开始缓慢升温至一定的温度，保温数小时，HPLC跟踪，待酰化料反应完毕，即可停止保温，降至常温，过滤回收母液，热水洗涤，烘干；将闭环反应所得产物投入到硫酸溶液中，常温下打浆一定时间，过滤，回收硫酸溶液，然后用同一浓度的硫酸溶液浸泡物料，抽滤，所得洗涤液与母液混合收集，软水洗涤物料至洗涤水为中性，出料、烘干。本发明反应条件温和，温度不高且常压反应，所得产物最高可达到95%。
