(4+2) Dimerization of imides of arylmaleic acids in the presence of the 3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazole and 2,6-lutidine

within 24 h to afford 1,2,3,3a,3b,4,5,6,6a,10b-decahydrobenzo[e]pyrrolo[3,4-g]isoindole-1,3,4,6-tetraones in good yields. It was established that during the heating of imides of arylmaleic acid in 2,6-lutidine at 100 °C the (4+2) dimerization products containing a lutidine fragment are obtained.
在3,5-二甲基-1 H-吡唑存在下,在24小时内于氯苯中加热将芳基马来酸的酰亚胺进行(4 + 2)二聚,得到1,2,3,3a,3b,4,5,6, 6a,10b-十氢苯并[ e ]吡咯并[3,4- g ]异吲哚-1,3,4,6-四酮的收率很好。已确定在100℃下在2,6-二甲基吡啶中芳基马来酸的酰亚胺的加热过程中,获得了含有二甲基吡啶片段的(4 + 2)二聚产物。
