所有研究的硫内酰胺在给小鼠腹腔注射几秒钟后都会引起阵挛性和强直性惊厥。硫内酰胺的急性基本毒性的变化主要是由于亲脂性特性的改变。偶极矩在决定硫内酰胺、内酰胺和γ-硫丁内酯的毒性惊厥活性方面起着重要作用。
