制备方法与用途

化学性质
本品为一种液体，在60℃/1.72 kPa时沸点，相对密度为1.34。它能溶于苯、乙醇和氯仿中，但不溶于水。

用途
2,3-二氯丙腈是生产除草剂噻吩磺隆的重要原料，并且也是合成芳基吡咯腈类杀虫剂虫螨腈的主要原料。此外，还可用作医药与染料中间体。

生产方法
其制备方法是在反应釜中加入丙烯腈及催化剂DMF，在冷却条件下通入氯气，控制温度在30～35℃之间，逐步通入一定量的氯气，直至反应完全。随后，通过通氮气的方式将过量的氯气驱除，得到成品。

The scope and limitations of the dimerization reaction of nitriles having α-hydrogen with HCl were studied. Most nitriles having α-hydrogen react with HCl to give N-(α-chloroalkenyl)alkylamidine hydrochlorides (3). Their hydrolysis to diacylamines (4) was also investigated.
