11]-docosane-4,14-dithione was obtained in the reaction with equimolar amounts of the reactants. Tricyclic product was also formed in the three-component condensation of thiourea with formaldehyde and propane-1,3-diamine at a ratio of 1 : 3 : 1. The reactions of N,N′-bis(hydroxymethyl)thiourea with ethane-1,2-diamine (2 : 1) and of thiourea with formaldehyde and butane-1,4-diamine (1 : 2 : 1) afforded
N,N′-双(羟甲基)硫脲与丙烷-1,3-二胺以2:1的摩尔比反应,得到5,5'-丙烷-1,3-二基双(1,3,5-三嗪烷- (2-硫酮),而在反应中以等摩尔量的反应物获得了1,3,5,7,11,13,15,17-八氮杂三环[15.3.1.1 7,11 ] -二十二烷-4,14-二硫酮。在硫脲与甲醛和1,3-二胺丙烷的三组分缩合反应中,也形成了三环产物,N,N的反应''-双(羟甲基)硫脲与乙烷-1,2-二胺(2:1)和硫脲与甲醛和丁烷-1,4-二胺(1:1:2)得到5,5'-(乙烷-1) ,2-二基)双(1,3,5-三嗪烷-2-硫酮)和5,5'-(丁烷-1,4-二基)双(1,3,5-三嗪烷-2-硫酮) 。
