制备方法与用途

盐酸烟酰胺是一种维生素B3或烟酸，在体外能抑制SIRT2活性，EC50为2μM。它可以显著减少高达90%的黑色素瘤细胞数量，并增加细胞中的NAD+、ATP和ROS水平。在体内实验中，盐酸烟酰胺能够抑制肿瘤生长，提高荷黑色素瘤小鼠的存活率，因此它可用于研究黑色素瘤等皮肤癌。[1]
