-benzimidazole. Its electrophilic substitution reactions (nitration, bromination, sulfonation, formylation, acylation) were studied. All the reactions occur in the 5-position of the thiophene ring. Only in the case of bromination in dichloroethane 5′,5(6)-dibromo-derivative was obtained. 在熔融氯化锌存在下,1,2-二甲基苯并咪唑与噻吩-2-醛的缩合产生1-甲基-2- [β-(2-噻吩基)亚乙烯基] -1 H-苯并咪唑。研究了其亲电取代反应(硝化,溴化,磺化,甲酰化,酰化)。所有反应都发生在噻吩环的5位。仅在二氯乙烷中溴化的情况下,才获得5',5(6)-二溴衍生物。报道了噻吩基苯并咪唑包括亚乙烯基和没有亚乙烯基的质子化分子碳原子上总正电荷的量子化学计算数据。
