Die Reaktionsharzmasse läßt sich zum Beispiel im Siebdruckverfahren auf den die Oberflächen­wellenbauelemente enthaltenden Wafer auftragen und vereinfacht somit bekannte Herstellungsverfahren. Es können scharfe Kontu­ren erzeugt werden, die auch den Härtungsvorgang unverändert überstehen. Die Dämpfungseigenschaften gehärteter Reaktionsharz­strukturen sind hervorragend, die durch das Harz induzierte Korrosion ist deutlich verringert.
