Synthesis of Novel Spiro Pyrrolidine and Pyrrolizine Derivatives by 1,3-Dipolar Cycloaddition

The 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition of azomethine ylides derived from isatin and amino acids viz. sarcosine and proline to 2‐arylmethylidene‐5,6‐dihydroimidazo[2,1‐b]thiazol‐3(2H)‐ones afforded novel spiro pyrrolidines and pyrrolizidines regio‐ and stereoselectively in moderate yields. The products were characterized thoroughly by IR, MS, NMR together with elementary analysis.
甲亚胺叶立德的1,3-偶极环加成从靛红和氨基酸衍生即。肌氨酸和脯氨酸生成2-芳基亚甲基-5,6-二氢咪唑并[2,1- b ]噻唑-3(2 H)-酮可适度地选择性和立体选择性地提供新型螺吡咯烷和吡咯烷核苷。通过IR,MS,NMR以及元素分析对产物进行了彻底的表征。
