  摘要：

  本发明公开了一种泛昔洛韦杂质C的合成方法。目前文献虽报道了泛昔洛韦杂质C的结构及相关的液相色谱行为，但没有公开该杂质的获得方法。本发明采用的技术方案为：以(±)‑α‑甲基‑γ‑丁内酯为原料，在氢溴酸乙酸溶液中开环得到(±)‑2‑甲基‑4‑溴丁酸，然后转化为(±)‑2‑甲基‑4‑溴丁酸甲酯，再经四氢铝锂还原为醇，并乙酰化得到(±)‑2‑甲基‑4‑溴丁醇乙酸酯，然后直接与2‑氨基‑6‑氯嘌呤偶联，得到4‑(2‑氨基‑6‑氯‑9H‑9‑嘌呤基)‑2‑甲基丁基乙酸酯，最后经氢化脱氯得到泛昔洛韦杂质C。本发明的定向合成中各步反应稳定可靠，反应总收率较高。
