Flash vacuum pyrolysis of 1-propynoylpyrazoles: a new precursor of tricarbon monoxide

Pyrolysis of 3,5-dimethyl-1-propynoylpyrazole (1) at 640°C/0.1 torr gives 2-methyl-1-pyrazolo[2,3-a]pyridin-5-one (3) with inversion of the propynoyl chain. 1-Ethynylpyrazole and tricarbon monoxide have been identified in pyrolysates formed at 700–1000°C/0.01–0.1 torr from the parent 1-propynoylpyrazole (4).
3,5-二甲基-1-丙酰基吡唑(1)在640°C / 0.1托下热解生成2-甲基-1-吡唑并[2,3-a]吡啶-5-酮(3)并带有丙酰基链的倒置。在母体1-丙酰基吡唑在700–1000°C / 0.01–0.1 torr下形成的热解物中已鉴定出1-乙炔基吡唑和三氧化碳(4)。
