    本发明提供一种芴类衍生物及其有机发光器件,涉及有机光电材料技术领域。芴类结构因sp3杂化碳的存在,阻碍了π电子的流动,打断了芳香环之间的共轭,使其有较高的三线态能级;并且此类化合物的三维立体的空间结构可以有效的防止分子间的聚集,使发光薄膜不易结晶,热稳定性能较好。将此结构作为空穴传输材料制备的有机发光器件,展现出比较低的效率滚降;在三线态能级都足够大的前提下,载流子的注入/传输能力的大小和平衡程度影响器件效率,器件表现出高的发光效率,并且具有低驱动加压的优点。

    An organic light-emitting material characterized in that it is used in a light emitting layer in a green light emitting element and represented by the following general formula (1): wherein: n 1 is an integer of 0 to 3; R 1 is an alkyl group having 10 carbon atoms or less; Ar 1 is a monovalent group which is derived from monocyclic or fused-ring aromatic hydrocarbon having 20 carbon atoms or less, and which optionally has a substituent having 10 carbon atoms or less; and Ar 2 is a divalent group which is derived from a ring assembly having 30 carbon atoms or less and being comprised of monocyclic or fused-ring aromatic hydrocarbon having 1 to 3 rings, and which optionally has a substituent having 4 carbon atoms or less. There can be provided an organic light-emitting material which has satisfactorily excellent light emission efficiency and high color purity as well as higher reliability and which is advantageously used to constitute a green light emitting layer, and a method for producing the same.

    There is provided a new process for forming a light-emitting diode device having first, second, and third subpixel areas. In the process a hole injection layer is applied over an anode layer. The hole injection material has a conductive polymer and a fluorinated acid polymer. A hole transport layer is applied over the hole injection layer. A first electroluminescent material which is either green or red, is applied to the first subpixel areas. A second electroluminescent material which is either red or green, is applied to the second subpixel areas. A blue electroluminescent material is applied overall, followed by deposition of a cathode. The second electroluminescent material emits a color different from that of the first electroluminescent material.

    A triphenylamine derivative is represented by general formula (1).
