Palladium-catalyzed intramolecular tandem cyclization reactions were conducted for the synthesis of densely cis/cis-fused aza-tetracyclic structures. The process involved a palladium(II)-catalyzed aerobic aza-Wacker reaction, followed by a palladium(0)-catalyzed Heck reaction.
