  Nach intravenöser Gabe an Ratten wird die Titelverbindung [3*] in gut durchbluteten Organen wie Lunge (Cmax=16.6% Dosis/g) und Milz (Cmax=8.8% Dosis/g) angereichert. In Vollblut wird eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu Erythrocyten beobachtet, die in Humanblut zu 70% auf eine unauswaschbare Membranbindung zurückzuführen ist. Nach oraler Gabe wird 3* kaum resorbiert (∼2% der Dosis).
