制备方法与用途

天然化合物——甘草碱(Tabersonine,简称Tab)是从药用植物长春花中分离出来的一种天然化合物。长春花常被用作抗肿瘤治疗的中药,通常作为抗肿瘤剂使用。

用途 甘草碱具有多种生物活性,包括抗肿瘤、降压、降血糖和利尿等作用。临床上主要用于淋巴肉瘤、白血病、横纹肌肉瘤、黑色素瘤、精母细胞瘤、畸胎瘤的治疗及预防,同时也用于高血压和高血糖的治疗与预防。

生物活性 Tabersonine 是一种主要从蔷薇中分离出的吲哚生物碱。它能够破坏 Aβ(1-42) 的聚合并改善由 Aβ 聚合引起的细胞毒性。此外,Tabersonine 还具有抗炎活性,可用于 ALI/ARDS(急性肺损伤/急性呼吸窘迫综合症)的研究。

化学性质 甘草碱为类白色结晶性粉末,可溶于甲醇乙醇DMSO 等有机溶剂。它来源于柳叶甘草叶、椭圆叶甘草种子、非洲沃坎加树种子及长春花种子。 用途 该化合物常用于含量测定、鉴定以及药理实验等研究中。
