  (EN) There is described the preparation of 4-acetoxy-3-acylaminoazetidin-2-ones through the introduction of an acetoxy group in the 4 position of a 3-(N-acyl-N-protected)aminoazetidin-2-one not subtituted in the 1 position and the removal of the N-protecting group of the amine in the 3 position. The synthesis may be stereoselective in the case of the preparation of 4-acetoxy-3-phenylacetamidoazetidin-2-one if, starting from a 3-aminoazetidinone, the acylation at the 3 position is carried out with penicillanacilase. The novel 1-propenylazetidinones are furthermore described.(FR) On décrit la préparation de 4-acétoxy-3-acylaminoazétidin-2-ones par introduction d'un groupe acétoxy en position 4 d'une 3-(N-acyl-N-protégé)aminoazétidin-2-one non substituée en position 1 et le retrait du groupe protecteur N de l'amine en position 3. La synthèse peut être stéréosélective dans le cas de la préparation de 4-acétoxy-3-phénylacétamidoazétidin-2-one lorsque, à partir d'une 3-aminoazétidinone, l'acylation en position 3 est réalisée sans pénicillanacilase. De nouvelles 1-propénylazétidinones sont également décrites.
