  (EN) A granulate, containing at least 50 wt.% of a water soluble $g(b)-lactam antibiotic, is provided. A process to prepare a granulate containing such $g(b)-lactam antibiotic comprises moistening components making up the granulate with an aqueous solution containing no substantial amount of a wet granulation binding agent. Oral dosage-forms, which contain the said antibiotic in a granular form, a cellulose product and a disintegrant and which quickly disperse when placed in an aqueous environment, are disclosed, as well as a method for the preparation of the dosage-forms.(FR) L'invention porte sur un produit granulaire contenant au moins 50 % en poids d'un antibiotique hydrosoluble du type $g(b)-lactame et son procédé de préparation, consistant à humidifier les ingrédients constitutifs du produit granulaire à l'aide d'une solution aqueuse qui ne contient pas une quantité substantielle d'un liant de granulés humide. Des formes galéniques orales contenant ledit antibiotique sous une forme granulaire, un produit cellulosique et un agent de désagrégation, et qui se dispersent rapidement lorsqu'on les met dans un environnement aqueux, sont décrites ainsi que le procédé de préparation desdites formes galéniques.
