(L) has been prepared and their coordination chemistry with LnIII ions has been investigated. The structure of [Ln4L3(NO3)12]·H2O}∞ (Ln=Nd, Eu)] shows the binodal 4,3-connected three-dimensional interpenetration coordination polymers with topology of a (86)3(83)4 notation.
