  A single multicomponent process combining the features of the isonitrile-tetrazine (4 +1) cycloaddition and the Ugi four-component reaction was developed. The multicomponent reaction takes advantage of the click reactivities of the first step and provides access to so-far inaccessible chemical space of pyrazole amide derivatives.
