In the invention, the organic silicon compounds, which share similar structures with the nematic liquid crystal molecules in the ADS mode, are employed for modifying the silicon dioxide nanoparticles, facilitating the even dispersion of the modified silicon dioxide nanoparticles in liquid crystals; and the organic silicon compound contains rigid groups that can effectively induce the directional alignment of the liquid crystals, thereby helping improve the display effect of the ADS mode liquid crystal display panel. Moreover, it can help reducing the driving voltage of the liquid crystal display so as to decrease the energy consumption.
