In continuation to our search for new chiral macrocyclic peptide‐based anti‐inflammatories, the suggestion, synthesis, structure elucidation of some Nα‐bis‐dipicolinoyl amino acids, linear, tetra and cyclic (penta and octa)‐bridged peptides 3–10, were realized herein.
