A series of hydroxy‑quinoline-based sulfonohydrazide derivatives () were synthesized and their structures were elucidated by using various spectroscopic tools including HNMR, CNMR and HREI-MS and evaluated against acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE) enzymes.
