制备方法与用途

概述

全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯是合成含氟聚合物的重要单体，也是合成含氟整理剂的关键一步。而通过全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯单体聚合得到的长链氟烷基丙烯酸酯，是一类重要的含氟整理剂，广泛应用于织物、皮革、纸张的防水憎油处理。

全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯是一种聚合物，可用做合成含氟聚合物的重要单体。

制备

以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂，合成了全氟烷基乙基丙烯酸酯，通过正交实验的设计考察各因素对合成产率的影响，确定最佳反应条件，在此条件下，酯化率可达到84.6，比以浓硫酸为催化剂一般可达到的70左右的产率有大幅度提高。具体步骤如下：在装备搅拌器，回流冷凝管，温度计和分水器的燥四颈瓶中加入多氟醇，丙烯酸，溶剂，搅拌均匀后加入对甲苯磺酸，N：保护下，升温至回流，反应一段时间，直至分水器内收集的水达到理论量。蒸除溶剂和过量的丙烯酸，冷却后的反应液中滴加5％(质量分数)的碳酸氢钠溶液，直至pH为7～8左右。过滤，得乳白色固体。真空干燥后，减压蒸馏，收集199.3Pa下82～134°C的产物。
