  5-dicarboxylic amides. This is a new synthesis of isoxazole derivatives. 2) Twenty kinds of 4-substituted isoxazole-3,5-dicarboxylic amides, including aliphatic, aromatic and heterocyclic derivatives, have been prepared. 3) Seven of the above-mentioned amides have been hydrolyzed to give the corresponding 4-substituted isoxazole-3,5-dicarboxylic acids. 4) Some Schiff bases have been described.

  1) 席夫碱在正丁胺或苄胺存在下与硝基乙酸乙酯反应，得到 4-取代的异恶唑-3,5-二甲酰胺。这是异恶唑衍生物的新合成。2) 制备了20种4-取代异恶唑-3,5-二甲酰胺，包括脂肪族、芳香族和杂环衍生物。3) 上述酰胺中的七种已经水解得到相应的 4-取代异恶唑-3,5-二羧酸。4) 一些席夫碱已被描述。
