  Abstract 5-Desoxyeustomoside, a new secoiridoid glucoside, was isolated from the aerial parts of Gentiana campestris along with the known secoiridoids gentiopicroside, swertiamarin, eustomoside, eustomorusside and eustoside. The structures of these compounds were mainly determined by spectral means.
