  过渡金属催化的还原偶联反应已成为构建 C-C 键的强大方法。然而，对映选择性 C(sp 3 )–C(sp 3 ) 还原耦合的发展仍然具有挑战性。在此，我们报告了使用二异丙基乙胺或 Hantzsch 酯作为均相有机还原剂通过钯和光氧化还原协同催化的烯丙乙酸酯的高度区域、非对映和对映选择性还原均偶联。这种简单的方案可以在温和的反应条件下立体选择性地构建 C(sp 3 )–C(sp 3 ) 键。一系列C 2对称手性 1,5-二烯易于制备，具有出色的对映选择性（高达 >99% ee）、非对映选择性（高达 >95:5 dr）和区域选择性（高达 >95:5 rr）。所得手性1,5-二烯可直接用作不对称合成中的手性配体，也可转化为其他有价值的手性配体。
