An effective approach of Pd-catalyzed aryl halides, phenols to access of arylesters is developed by difluorocarbene as a carbonyl source. This enables the three-component reaction to be formed directly one C−O, one C=O and one C−C bonds in a one-pot, one-step reaction, without extra separating and purifying the intermediate product.
