The present invention provides an acrylic copolymer comprising structural units derived from an acrylic acid ester having an alkyl group and/or structural units derived from an acrylic acid ester having an alkoxyalkyl group; structural units derived from an alkyl methacrylate having 3 to 16 carbon atoms; and structural units derived from a cross-linkable monomer having a carboxy group. The present invention provides also a composition comprising the acrylic copolymer and a cross-linking agent, and a cross-linked product produced by cross-linking the composition. The acrylic copolymer, composition, and cross-linked product are suitable for a rubber material that has a low change rate of elongation and a small change in hardness and is excellent in heat resistance even if exposed to high temperature conditions for a long period of time.
