制备方法与用途

硬脂酸铵概述

硬脂酸铵在热水中分散,能溶于热甲苯,微溶于乙醇和热醋酸丁酯。加热至110℃前会分解。它与强酸作用生成硬脂酸和相应的铵盐。该物质由熔融的硬脂酸与氢氧化铵反应制得。硬脂酸铵可用作分散剂、乳化剂及增稠剂,也可用作混凝土和水泥等材料的防水成分。

制备
  1. 在反应容器中依次加入配方量的硬脂酸、十二烷基硫酸钠和水,并调温至10-25℃,搅拌均匀后,逐步加入氨水。调节搅拌速度至1200-1600转/分,直至硬脂酸完全融化并形成具有流动性的硬脂酸铵液体;

  2. 将步骤1制得的硬脂酸铵液体吸入乳化罐中,在乳化机以2600-3200转/分的速度进行乳化,直至液体颜色变为银白色金属光泽且黏度≤350cps。静置1-2小时后过滤,即得到硬脂酸铵乳液。

用途

硬脂酸铵可用作乳化剂、分散剂、湿润剂和防湿剂等。
