  Olefins were synthesized from a dialkyl phosphite, organyl halide, and carbonyl compound in conditions of cathode electrolysis. The phosphonate anion generated is a key intermediate and one-pot realization of successive Michaelis-Becker and Wittig-Horner reactions thus take place during electrolysis.
