  首次开发了铜催化偶氮甲碱叶立德与β-三氟甲基取代的烯基杂芳烃的不对称1,3-偶极环加成反应。通过该方法可以很容易地获得多种含有杂芳烃和三氟甲基且具有多个立体中心的对映体富集吡咯烷，具有良好到高的产率以及优异的立体和区域选择性水平（高达 99% 的产率，>20:1 rr， >20:1 dr，高达 95% ee）。值得注意的是，该方案还公开了底物控制的umpolung型偶极环加成，以α-芳基取代的醛亚胺酯作为偶极前体实现区域发散合成。进行了系统的 DFT 研究，以探索这种 1,3-偶极环加成的立体选择性和区域选择性的起源，原位到活性铜（I）物质上，可能是观察到的高立体和区域选择性的原因。
