  本文中，我们报道了使用γ-丁内酯衍生的甲硅烷基乙烯酮缩醛进行Cu催化的对映选择性烯丙基烷基化反应。这项工作发展的关键是鉴定具有适当空间和电子特性的新型单吡啶甲酰胺配体，以高产率（最高96％）和高ee（最高95％）提供所需的产物。具有广泛功能范围的芳基，脂族和未取代的烯丙基氯化物具有良好的耐受性。光谱研究表明，CuI可能是活性催化剂，而DFT计算表明，配位体空间在决定Cu配位进而决定催化剂几何形状方面起着重要作用。
