Synthesis and Antimicrobial Evaluation of Some Chalcones and Their Derived Pyrazoles, Pyrazolines, Isoxazolines, and 5,6-Dihydropyrimidine-2-(1H)-thiones

Pyrazole derivatives were obtained by refluxing of dibromochalcones with phenylhydrazine or 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine in dry pyridine. Chalcones were treated with hydrazine hydrate or phenyl hydrazine in ethanol to afford Δ 2-pyrazolines and N -phenyl- Δ 2-pyrazolines. Condensation of chalcones with hydroxylamine hydrochloride or thiourea in ethanolic sodium hydroxide solution gave 4,5-dihydroisoxazoles
通过碱催化的 Claisen-Schmidt 缩合反应合成。查耳酮的溴化得到二溴衍生物。一溴衍生物可通过在三乙胺存在下用无水苯处理相应的二溴查耳酮来获得。通过在干燥的吡啶中使二溴查耳酮与苯肼或2,4-二硝基苯肼回流,得到吡唑衍生物。查耳酮在乙醇中与水合肼或苯肼处理,得到 Δ 2个-pyrazolines和 Ñ 苯基 Δ 2-吡唑啉。查尔酮与羟胺盐酸盐或硫脲在氢氧化钠乙醇溶液中缩合,得到4,5-二氢异恶唑和5,6-二氢嘧啶-2-(1 H )-硫酮。测试了所制备的化合物对表现出不同程度的抗菌活性或抑制作用的四种不同细菌的抗菌活性。
