  (EN) Novel benzoheterocyclic compound of formula (1) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, which show excellent antivasopressin activity and oxytocin antagonistic activity, and are useful as a vasopressin antagonist or oxytocin antagonist. A is a 5- or 6-membered unsaturated heterocyclic residue having 1 to 2 heteroatoms. B1 and B2 are each methylene or a group of the formula: -NR8- (wherein R8 is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group).(FR) L'invention concerne un nouveau composé benzohétérocyclique répondant à la formule (1), et des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables dudit composé, qui présentent une excellente activité s'opposant à la vasopressine et à l'oxytocine et sont utiles en tant qu'antagonistes de la vasopressine ou de l'oxytocine. Dans ladite formule, A représente un reste hétérocyclique insaturé ayant 5 ou 6 éléments et 1 ou 2 hétéroatomes. B1 et B2 représentent chacun méthylène ou bien un groupe de formule: -NR8-, dans laquelle R8 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe alkyle inférieur.
