  （-）-辛可尼定（5-13 mol％）催化衍生自β-多氟烷基-β-酮羧酸酯和苄胺的N-苄烯胺1a-e的[1,3]-质子转移反应，得到良好的收率（ 67-89％）对映体富集（最多ee为36％）的N-亚苄基衍生物3a-e。生成的产物3a-e容易水解成相应的旋光性（R）-β-聚氟烷基-β-氨基酸4a-e（87-93％产率）。
