A novel isothiourea-catalyzed [3 + 3] annulation of α,β-unsaturated esters with sulfoxonium ylides to synthesize the pyrones has been developed. This transformation could be given the desired product in medium to good yield under mild conditions of reaction. Furthermore, the advantage of this methodology is that have metal free, no base, no oxidant and also no other additives under the conditions.
开发了一种新型异硫脲催化的 α,β-不饱和酯与氧化亚叶立德的 [3 + 3] 环化合成吡喃酮。这种转化可以在温和的反应条件下以良好的产率在培养基中得到所需的产物。此外,该方法的优点是在无金属、无碱、无氧化剂且无其他添加剂的条件下。
