  摘要：

  外消旋氨基酸酰胺向光学活性氨基酸衍生物的完全转化是通过脂肪酶/钯催化的动态动力学拆分（DKR）完成的。在DKR中，脂肪酶在酰基供体的存在下催化1-底物的选择性酰化，而未反应的d-底物被Pd纳米催化剂异构化为1-底物。DKR反应提供了良好的收率（80-98％）和高的对映体过量（95-98％ee）。有趣的是，在Z-Gly-OMe或Z-Gly-Gly-OMe的存在下，苯基甘氨酸酰胺的DKR反应产生了光学活性的二肽和三肽。

The method includes reacting an amine compound, a metal catalyst, a biocatalyst including a lipase, and an acyl donor compound in an organic solvent to obtain a chiral amide compound, and then hydrolyzing the chiral amide compound to obtain a chiral amine.
