Synthesis and reactions of new 4-methoxybenzyland 3-chloro-4-methoxybenzyl-substituted 1,2,4-triazoles and 1,3,4-thiadiazoles

yl) thiosemicarbazides afforded the corresponding 3,4,5-substituted 4H-1,2,4-triazoles. Reactions of Salkylation and aminomethylation of the latter were examined. Some 5-sulfanyl-substituted 1,3,4-thiadiazoles were also synthesized.
1-苯基(苄基,烯丙基)-4-(4-甲氧基苄基-或3-氯-4-甲氧基苄基)硫代氨基脲的分子间环化得到相应的3,4,5-取代的4 H -1,2,4-三唑。检查了后者的S烷基化和氨基甲基化的反应。还合成了一些5-硫烷基取代的1,3,4-噻二唑。
