Crustacean Cardioactive Peptide (CCAP) 是一个高度保守的九肽，最早是从普通滨蟹的围心器官中分离到的，具有调节心跳的作用；Crustacean Cardioactive Peptide (CCAP) 同时在其他节肢动物中，能够调节神经活动。

体外研究

Ultrabithorax and Abdominal-A are not necessary for specification of the CCAP-interneurons, but are absolutely required to prevent the death by apoptosis of the CCAP-efferent neurons.

CCAP, FMRFamide and SALDKNFMRFamide increase the mosquito antennal accessory pulsatile organ (APO) and heart contraction rates, increase hemolymph flow velocity in the antennal space.

  我们报告合成和使用的新的支持的试剂组成的三（2-羧乙基）膦（TCEP）固定在亲水PEG基树脂珠上。与5分钟微波（MW）照射结合使用时，“支持的TCEP”还原了具有两个或多个半胱氨酸残基的肽中游离硫醇中的二硫键。通过简单的过滤容易地将反应产物与还原剂分离。
