  The invention provides new compounds pertaining to the class of: 2-(aminocarbonylalkylcarbonyl)-5-phenylalkyllthiophene, enantiomers and physiologically tolerable salts thereof. For example: 5-\x9b4-(4-methylphenyl)butyl-2-3,3-dimethyl-4-\x9bN'-(2,3,4-trimethoxybenzyl)-N -piperazinylcarbonyl!butyryl}thiophene is described. Medicinal products containing the same are useful in the treatment of any pathology involving bone hyper-resorption.
