  本发明提供一种N‑月桂酰氨基酸盐的合成方法，将氨基酸、碱或碱金属盐、月桂酰胺按照一定比例混合到反应容器中，反应容器装上尾气接收装置；在一定温度下，搅拌反应一定时间；反应结束后使用盐酸溶液将反应混合物酸化，使产物沉淀，过滤收集沉淀物，得到纯化后的产物；将纯化后的产物鼓风干燥除去水分，得到干燥的产物；产物用乙醇溶解后，在一定温度下加入碱溶液，搅拌反应一段时间后冷却结晶，抽滤后得到月桂酰氨基酸盐。本发明不使用其它物质作为溶剂，克服了当前由于大量使用溶剂(如丙酮等)造成的生产和废料处理成本过高和环境污染问题，是一种绿色和经济的合成方法，具有广阔的市场前景和社会效益。
