    本发明提供一种N‑月桂酰氨基酸盐的合成方法,将氨基酸、碱或碱金属盐、月桂酰胺按照一定比例混合到反应容器中,反应容器装上尾气接收装置;在一定温度下,搅拌反应一定时间;反应结束后使用盐酸溶液将反应混合物酸化,使产物沉淀,过滤收集沉淀物,得到纯化后的产物;将纯化后的产物鼓风干燥除去水分,得到干燥的产物;产物用乙醇溶解后,在一定温度下加入碱溶液,搅拌反应一段时间后冷却结晶,抽滤后得到月桂酰氨基酸盐。本发明不使用其它物质作为溶剂,克服了当前由于大量使用溶剂(如丙酮等)造成的生产和废料处理成本过高和环境污染问题,是一种绿色和经济的合成方法,具有广阔的市场前景和社会效益。

The patent application also concerns a cosmetic treatment process using the said composition.
