生物活性

Antileukinate 是一种六肽，是有效的 CXC 趋化因子受体 (CXCR) 抑制剂。它能抑制中性粒细胞趋化和活化，并可用于急性炎症和损伤的研究。

体外研究

• Antileukinate 可以抑制人嗜酸性粒细胞与人嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子（eotaxin）结合，IC₅₀ 值为 8.2 μM。
• 在 10-100 μM 浓度下作用 2 小时后，Antileukinate 显著抑制了嗜酸性粒细胞对人嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子的趋化运动。

体内研究

• Antileukinate (52.63 mg/kg, 腹腔注射) 可保护小鼠免受急性胰腺炎及其相关肺损伤。
• Antileukinate（剂量 5mg/kg，腹腔注射）抑制了小鼠嗜酸性粒细胞与小鼠嗜酸性粒趋化因子的相互作用。
